The best stamps available from stock will always be supplied but if you are unhappy with any part of your order please return it within 14 days of invoice date for a refund or credit to your account. PLEASE NOTE: No returns will be accepted after the 14 days expiry date.
Postage
Because of an increasing failure by Royal Mail to provide a safe and reliable postage service I will no longer post 1st class ordinary. Orders will only be posted using Recorded Delivery (Compensation to £34.00), Special Delivery or International Signed For.
Free postage on orders over £150.00. Orders will be posted via Special Delivery or International Signed For.
Please note I will no longer be held responsible for items lost in the post if your order exceeds £34.00 I would strongly recommend using Special Delivery. If you choose Recorded Delivery for an order exceeding £34.00 it will be sent at your risk.
Out of stock items
Orders will be held until the order can be completed, that said most orders are turned around in 24 hours but please allow up to 28 days for delivery, if there is going to be a delay of more than 5 days in processing your order I will notify you via email. If a price is shown next to the item but the basket is not available, this item is O/S and not available at the current time.
Payment by credit card or PayPal
Payment may be made by credit card or PayPal through the Globe Charge secure server.
Payment by cheque or bank credit transfer
Go through the process above but select pay by cheque or bank credit transfer option at the check out. You can then print out your order and post to the address given on the server. If you select the cheque or bank transfer option your order will not be processed until payment has been received and cleared. I can only accept cheques drawn on a UK bank account.
Discount
Spend between £100.00 and £200.00 (Excluding postage) and you will automatically receive a discount of 5% on the total amount of your order. Spend over £200.00 and you will receive a discount of 10% on the total amount of your order (Excluding postage).
